Samport ZEUS 2.0

In November 2007 Samport introduces the Samport ZEUS 2.0 Anti-Fraud Platform. This innovative and unique anti-fraud platform capitalises on the highly successful SAFS (Samport Anti Fraud System) and it is specially developed for banks and payment service providers (PSP's).

Samport ZEUS is an advanced anti-fraud system packaged in hardware and it is adjusted to meet the latest fraud trends in different countries, industries and product categories. Samport is the first company to offer an anti-fraud platform of this kind. Samport ZEUS is specially designed for banks and PSP's for integration of their payment services. Samport ZEUS analyses in less than a second all incoming card transactions and assigns a risk scoring to each of them. The user decides the threshold for rejecting or accepting a transaction. Switching to Samport ZEUS will significantly reduce fraud and eliminate false positives associated with less sophisticated anti-fraud systems.

What is new with Samport ZEUS 2.0?

1. Dynamic handling for diverse customer segments
Samport ZEUS distinguishes between different customer behaviour by assigning a dynamic filter to each merchant. These filters are tuned to stop fraud and let good transactions through in that particular customer segment. Currently there are 20 filters in such different industries like consumer goods, airline tickets, gambling, etc.

2. Increased Control
With Samport ZEUS you will be able to control your infrastructure in a better way. With Samport ZEUS integrated in your network and infrastructure, you will be able to track and monitor all merchants/transactions in real time. Detailed transaction information is displayed and high risk merchant behaviour will be highlighted through an easy-to-use early warning system.

3. Increased efficiency and decreased costs
With Samport ZEUS you do not pay per transaction. Instead you pay for a system licence and capacity. This means that Samport ZEUS is scalable and will decrease the costs for companies with a large amount of transactions.
